With over 25 years of experience in aviation and education, I bring a unique blend of expertise in aviation operations, safety, training, and educational development. My career has included prestigious roles at Jet Airways, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of India.

I currently lead my training venture, Special Persona Learning Gallery, and serve as an empanelled trainer at the Indian Aviation Academy, Vasant Kunj. Additionally, I conduct specialized training programs at Bharati College, Delhi University, focusing on Personality Enhancement and Aviation.

Engaged in TTT programs and upgrade programs for various schools PAN India.
I am actively engaged in educational research work, teacher training programs, and workshops. My recent focus areas include the implementation of Student-Teacher Meetings (STMs) in schools and assisting institutions with NEP 2020 compliance. Additionally, I am pursuing advanced studies in education, a field that remains my passion. My work aims to revolutionize traditional education methods, prioritizing student well-being and holistic development.
Research and Innovation
My book and workshops on Student-Teacher Meets (STMs) have initiated a paradigm shift in education by transforming Parent-Teacher Meetings into student-focused interactions. This model prioritizes mental well-being, academic growth, and personal development. I continue to research the role of happy hormones (serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin) in learning outcomes and envision leveraging my research for educational reforms.
